Led system-level UX governance across three regulated platforms—establishing a WCAG-aligned design foundation and delivering a full navigation and structural redesign.
Modernizing Universal Voting Systems
Led research and full architectural redesign of two certified touchscreen voting platforms—aligning navigation, layout, and accessibility with WCAG and VVSG 2.0 standards.
Graduate School Website Usability Testing
Led structured, moderated testing to validate navigation clarity and establish a scalable usability research framework prior to full site rollout.
